Medal of Honor: Allied Assault – Breakthrough, released in 2003 by TKO Software as an expansion for the original MoHAA, took World War II to the North African, Sicilian and Italian theaters. Modified id Tech 3 (Quake III Arena) engine, new campaigns with missions that jump between infiltration, stand-offs and all-out battles, authentic Italian weapons (Carcano M91/38, Beretta M38, Scoped Springfield), and multiplayer with classic modes plus maps that are still community staples —V2 Rocket, El Alamein, Monte Cassino, Anzio—, some of the best World War II FPS maps ever made.

Old Servers runs a free dedicated MoHAA: Breakthrough server, 24/7. Deathmatch, Team DM, Round-Based Match and Objective modes with original + custom maps. Connect directly by IP or with the Launcher available from our Discord. No GameSpy (which took the official servers down in 2014), no PunkBuster nagging every five minutes, with clean Argentina-hosted ping.
