Re-Volt, released in 1999 by Acclaim Studios London (formerly Probe Entertainment), is the arcade racing game with remote-control cars that became a full-on cult classic. Tracks set in everyday places at giant scale (supermarket, toy store, residential suburb, museum, park, beach), arcade physics with jumps, hidden secret shortcuts, creative power-ups (lightning, firework, shockwave, battery, oil slick, bomb), and 28 cars that all handle differently, from the basic RC Bandit to the ridiculously fast Toyeca. The PC port has one of the most-used track editors ever, with thousands of custom maps still in circulation.

On Old Servers, Re-Volt is available inside the Private Network, free and always online. You get in with the Launcher available from our Discord, then jump into multiplayer races on the classic tracks plus hundreds of custom tracks built by the community over the last two decades. With official GameSpy gone for more than a decade, this is one of the few places where you can still play it online. Perfect for a chill racing night, tiny cars, and bizarre power-ups. Ideal if you remember the demo that came packed with PC game magazines in the 2000s.
