Unreal Engine 2.5, pre-mission planning, strict ROE (Rules of Engagement) that force you to shout "POLICE!" before firing, less-lethal weapons (Taser, beanbag shotgun, pepper spray), tactical gear (door wedges, breaching charges, optiwand, flashbangs, CS gas), and a campaign packed with unforgettable missions (Fairfax Residence, Children of Taronne Tenement, Red Library Offices, Converted Warehouse). The Stetchkov Syndicate expansion added seven new missions and weapons.
