Call of Duty: World at War, released in 2008 by Treyarch, brought CoD back to World War II in its most brutal form: the Pacific front (flamethrowers, jungle, suicidal banzai charges) and the fall of Berlin. Hard-edged storytelling with Kiefer Sutherland and Gary Oldman on voice acting, multiplayer on the IW3.5 engine with killstreaks (recon plane, artillery, attack dogs), and the historic birth of the mode that spawned a whole genre: Nazi Zombies, which started as a pause-menu easter egg and ended up becoming a franchise pillar for more than a decade.

On Old Servers you get World at War inside the Private Network, free. You join with the Launcher available from our Discord, then pick your poison: the co-op campaign with friends, Nazi Zombies rounds on the classic maps (Nacht der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa, Der Riese), or a multiplayer match on the original maps.
